Mission control for incidents

Investigate with evidence. Not guesses.

Turn a failing state into a structured diagnosis. Keep observed facts separate from ranked hypotheses, with every claim tied to its evidence.

Diagnosis ready for operator review

Built for real-world operations

One clear view of the problem.

01Live

Kubernetes diagnostics

Read pod status, events, and previous logs through a client with no mutating methods. Every observation is cited.

02Live

Log analysis

Group noisy streams, surface the first occurrence, and keep secrets out of the evidence trail.

03Live

Terraform plan explainer

Translate a plan into creates, replacements, and deletions, with destructive changes called out before apply.

Illustrative incident replay

Follow the evidence, not the guess.

How it works

Three steps. No guesswork.

A calm, repeatable workflow for getting from a noisy incident to a next step you can trust.

01

Choose a surface

Start with a live Kubernetes cluster or a labelled demo fixture. No write credentials are required.

02

Collect evidence

The read-only client gathers observed facts and links each one to the resource and payload behind it.

03

Review the diagnosis

Review cited next steps and ranked hypotheses. Generated infrastructure changes are proposals only and are never applied.

Start here

Bring a failing pod. Leave with evidence.

Kubernetes diagnostics, log analysis, CI/CD investigation, Terraform explanations, Prometheus metrics, runbooks, the assistant, audit, and proposal-only infrastructure code are available now.

Design-partner program

Built for calmer on-call.

Did the evidence match reality?

We compare the cited observations with what the operator saw during the incident, including the facts that were missing.

What was missing from the diagnosis?

The next adapter, rule, or evidence source should come from a real gap, not a roadmap guess.

Would you page with it?

We will publish a named result only after a design partner uses the product on real incidents and agrees to share it.

Security & trust

Helpful by design. In control by default.

Read-only by default

Investigations gather evidence without writing back to connected infrastructure.

Proposal-only changes

Generated infrastructure changes are never written or applied by the product.

Auditable decisions

Keep a record of investigation decisions and the evidence behind them.

FAQ

Questions,
answered.

The short answers below are the same ones the code enforces. If something here contradicts what you find in the repo, the repo wins.

No. The model has no tools, shell, or network access. The backend collects allowlisted read-only evidence first, then asks the model to explain that evidence. There is no code path from model output to a command or infrastructure change.
